Pharmaceutical Grade Fish Oil
Pharmaceutical grade fish oils?
So i heard the best fish oil to buy is pharmaceutical grade fish oil, which is very refined pure fish oil. Some brands can contain contaminated fish from dirty waters.
is this really true and is pharmaceutical grade all that different from regular fish oil? and what store can u buy it at? I dont like ordering online
Yes it is true that pharmecutical is the way to go..It is because cheap stuff you buy is cheaply made and has contaminents in it like mercury and other junk from unhealthy fish.I have been researching this myself and was told you can get them at a health store….Not wal-mart or the such.
