Nordic Natural Fish Oil
Pregnant – can I take a normal fish oil Pill as opposed to a Prenatal Fish Oil?
I was taking Nordic Naturals Prenatal Fish Oils, and the Vitamin Shoppe an out of them. Did anyone get the OK from their doctor to take any regular fish oil pill – or does it need to be a prenatal formula for dosage?
I will only take nordic naturals brand because of the extensive research I did on this company.
My Doc told me last month to get some fish oil supplements to go along with my otc prenatal vitamens. He didnt specify prenatal fish oil, just said go to wal-mart and pick some up. So I have been taking them for a month now.
